Love this mug, the size is suitable, i use it for my Nespresso morning coffee, coffee is hot for 4-5 hours.Update: after two months of using, sealing is not working and it start leaking coffee, changed from 5 stars down to 2

الافضل لو اخترت مقاس اصغر.. يحفظ الحرارة قرابة اربع ساعات مو اكثر..ماعجبني فتحة الكوب يتجمع فيها المشروب..ولازم تضغط زر عشان ينزل المشروب ماعجبني ..ويحتفظ بالرائحة مهما حاولت غسله

The sipper heated so much that it nearly burnt my lips. Write to Contigo n they confirmed that it has some problem. Informed Amazon and they refunded.

Good but size was too big for me so I got the smaller size

Lovely product. Excellent packaging and delivery time. The mug itself is just like in the picture and is completely leak proof. I ended up buying it more than once.

I ordered 20 pieces, all of them were excellent.They keep liquids' temperature for long time, hot for about 4 hours and cold for 10 hours or more

بعد تجربة طويلة مع المنتج اكثر من ثلاثة أشهر بقولكم رأييالإيجابيات: يحفظ الحرارة بشكل ممتاز ما حسبت بشكل دقيق ولكن حول ٤ ساعات و المشروب يبقى ساخن ويبعث منه البخارالميزة الثانية عدم الانسكاب ابدا يعني احطه في الشنطة عادي ما يطلع منه شي بسبب ميزة الاوتو سيل و أيضا شكلةانيقالسلبيات:لا يحفظ برودة المشروبات الباردة جيداصعب في التنظيف من جهة الشرب و سهل تجمع الغبار و الوبر من فوق بسبب نوعية البلاستيكبشكل عام انصح به و يستاهل السعر

Revised review:In the beginning ......the coffee stay really hot..... 5-6 hours. And I'm living Montréal ....Winter is really cold and I need to walk to my office... a 5 minutes walk in winter time .....but my coffee stay really hot 6:30 to 11 easy.....After one year......the coffee stay hot only one hour.... I contacted the Contigo support service because Contigo is lifetime garanty. I don't know if my problem is part of lifetime garanty...I will revised my review after more news from Contigo. I'm really sad because I really love my travel mug.

Have a couple of these mugs in the normal size so have been looking for a larger size for quite a while. Unfortunately the lid of this one is poorly made and leaks.Have tested this lid on the smaller mug and it still leaks. As the duties and postage cost as much as the mug I see no chance for a return.Cannot recommend this purchase.Also trying to contact the seller is via Amazon Customer Services only ... with a link that only refreshes the page. Is this another case of Amazon squashing negative experiences?

Outstanding product. I bought this in 2017, and still going strong. No issues, leak proof. Perfect smart colour. Absolutely superb for hot or cold beverages. If you are using it for hot drinks, i recommend leaving the lid off if you aren’t travelling or needing it right away. This is to allow it to cool a little so that that its a drinkable temperature. However, if it’s piping hot with 100.celsius straight from the kettle water then it should stay hot for 4 hours. And at the 3 hour mark it may become drinkable. But you may find your experience to be different. Disclaimer: Careful when drinking hot beverages.As for cold, i recommend filling to the top with ice and the rest with water or drink of choice. When i add my mint and water in the summer. And drunk through all the water, i can add more cold water at work and the ice will still be going strong. However, with each addition of cold liquids being added and the time passing by, the ice will melt eventually.

The mug does hold the heat as described and I haven't experienced any leaking. My dissatisfaction lies in the fact that when I'm drinking regardless of how close my lips are to the spout, there is always a line of liquid that runs down when I remove the cup from my mouth. This is entirely unacceptable for when I'm driving and can't get a Kleenex or something to keep wiping it off after every sip.And, I've only used the mug about 3 times to drink my tea with milk and although I always rinse it out when I'm done, already I'm seeing stains on the inside that don't come out even when I wash it with the soft scour side of the sponge.
