Really rare for me to write reviews, but this stuff is proving to be borderline miraculous. I've been struggling with crippling anxiety (generalized and panic attacks), depression, and ocd. I've been taking this now for about a month. I worked my way up to my current dosage of 10,000mg a day very slowly and have only been at that full dose for about a week or so, but was seeing improvement even before that. I've had a marked improvement my symptoms and I have a sense wellbeing again! It's not perfect, some days are still better than others, and OCD symptoms have not completely resolved, but they are much better and even my bad days are much better than they were before I was taking this. I also have had symptoms of PCOS for quite a long time and while it's hard to say what all this might be doing for that at this point I can tell you I've seen great improvement in the amount of unwanted hair on my face. Really hoping that (and everything else!) continues getting better as I keep taking this. Try this stuff. I've tried so many other things and had little to no results. The results with this have been dramatic and I couldn't be more grateful.

I've been using this Supplement for the past two months, and I must say, I've noticed some positive changes in my overall well-being. As someone who's always been skeptical about nutritional supplements, I approached this product cautiously, but I'm pleasantly surprised by the results.

I have noticed a huge improvement in my moods. No more panic attacks and my anxiety barely cheeps in. I also noticed my my weight has stayed trimmed. Not sure if it’s because of this or not. Only added thing to my diet. I’m recovery for an injury with nerve pain and that has subsided as well. Also, not sure if it’s from this or not but all of the topics I have mentioned are things that this product is suppose to help. I’m really happy with this and would recommend trying it for sure. I’m half way thru my second bottle. I started with 1/4 tablespoon a day and the second bottle I went to twice a day.

I put it in my AM coffee. It tastes great.
