Comfortable in dress shoes
Like that it doesnt move once you have it positioned correctly, and stick it or not. Good metatarsal cushion and I need to fill up some shoes because my feet are narrow.

Good for my flat feet

Arch too tall
I have a high arch but this was way too much for me. Wearing even for a few minutes and my feet were killing me. They arrived quick and are good quality - but really only will work for someone needing extreme arch support.
