This has zero taste. Which is why I bought it. I have added this to my coffee in the morning. My coffee tastes the same, but I get this added bonus MCT oil doing its benefits. I have also added this to my juices and milk. It adds a little floating oil bubble sometimes on the surface of the liquid but doesn't change the taste of the liquid.

Noticeable increase in mental energy. Slightly pricey and will still purchase again.

I love this MCT oil. I put it in my green smoothies for a healthy fat. I sometimes even take a little swig of it by itself when I need a brain boost. I’ve tried many, and this one tastes the best to me. Recommend!

It works as both an appetite suppressant and as a fat scourer. I use two or three Teaspoons in my first Coffee of the Day. It takes anywhere from an hour to four to "percolate" through. It certainly "loosens things up". I do not like the taste although it isn't unpleasant. It is oily. I discussed with my medical practitioner and he thought MCT was a good supplement. Can't say what it will do for you but it is now a staple Supplement for me. I have lost ten pounds in three months with no other changes to my routine.

I didn't realize how much of a difference MCT oil would make. Bulletproof seems to be the best.

Expensive to buy. Smelled rancid almost immediately then I checked expiration date. It was past date when order fulfilled.
