Yes - it is as good as it looks
When I first heard of this game and that it was (eventually) being released in English, I couldn't wait - but I got a little more than I bargained forI originally though it was going to be a warriors/musuo style game with Persona characters (which would have been fine for me, I like the warriors games anyway) so I never checked the reviews or videos as I knew I would be getting it anywayHowever - to my pleasant surprise this is very much Persona 5 part 2 with warriors style fighting replacing the turnbased combatEverything you loved about the Persona 5/Persona 5 royal formula is here, so it's just plug in, play and enjoy - which for me was great, as when I'd finally completed Persona royal the ending was bittersweet for as much as I loved the game, I didn't want it to end - and this is where strikers fills out the next chaptersIt is a fair bit shorter than P5 (especially royal) however the replay value is very high and the action is addictiveIf you haven't played Persona 5 (or the extended royal version) then I would definitely recommend doing so first, the games are fantastic and you get to know the characters before jumping into this

Let’s steal some hearts!
I brought this on the day it came out and it came with free next day delivery! I got this after the rave about it coming out and being a huge persona 5 fan in general. I cant wait to play the game. Definitely cheaper to buy it on a disk then straight to your playstation! It comes with the bonus code, which is a nice added touch. I find that is a great added bonus if you like to see pre-game artwork and soundtracks. The game itself is great too. It mixes a new type of battle with the old and well-loved persona's. It is based after persona 5/persona 5 royal so I recommend playing though that first. Have fun stealing hearts out there guys!

A little different, but fun!
Due to this being more of a "beat 'em up" kind of game as opposed to the typical turnbased rpg that Persona has stuck to for so long, this is still a great game! I was worried that this "new" may strip away what makes Persona so good, but it incorporates the new elements well!My only complaint is how I wish that Atlus and Sega would stop using P5 as a cash cow. I would love to see a new, totally different persona game in the future. As much as I love P5, I'm excited to see what the future brings us.

The Phantom Thieves are back!
This game is a direct continuation of Persona 5. 80% of the main cast are returning characters and you will be lost without first playing that previous game. Everything that I loved about the previous game is still here in Strikers. Stellar voice acting, music, visuals, story length, its either stayed the same, or been improved. Gameplay is changed in this game, opting for a more classic free flow battle system rather than the turn based option. The story is shorter and can feel quite similar and uninspired at times, becoming predictable but still manages to introduce two great new additions to the Phantom Thieves. Basically if you loved the first game, this is a no brainer purchase.

Brilliant game worth your money
Gameplay is a great mix of the musou battling and the tactical elements of the persona game play. While being polar opposite they blend really well to create a fun new twist on the standard formula
