Q: What fish do you use for it and why there is no information on it or your web stating from where you source it?

We do not disclose the specific areas from which the fish we use are caught because this is subject to change depending on the time of year and availability, although typically it is Scandinavia and South America. Furthermore, insisting upon fish caught in a certain area or ocean has the potential to lead to overfishing, which then causes issues with sustainability. The reference to Vitamin E was removed from the text but not from the ingredients. I have now asked for this to be removed as well.
