Cheaply made
Super cheap material..nylon straps loosen easily while working out. Hard to adjust overpriced for the terrible quality

Vest fits good. I'm 5'11 240 Lb. The sand plates were delivered with seams not sewn near the top so I couldn't fill the sand as high as I would like. I'm going to purchase plates. The sand plates are pretty bulky. Other then the sand plates so far so good. I recommend
