I got my son a used dirt bike for Christmas, a now-defunct Baja Motorsports DR70 dirt bike. The bike was made in 2008, ridden maybe a dozen times, and put in storage for 13 years. I cleaned up the bike and replaced the oil and spark plug, cleaned the carburetor in an ultrasonic washer, and lubed the cables and moving parts, but the engine was difficult to start and simply would not idle smoothly, and I could not find a setting of the fuel mixture or idle speed to resolve this.I took a chance with this kit and boy am I glad I did. With less than a week till Christmas I removed the old carburetor and air filter, put this one on, replaced the throttle needle and spring with the ones included in the kit, and tried to start it up. On the third kick it was running, and once I adjusted the idle speed via the knob on the cable it was purring like a brand new bike again.I didn't have to touch the fuel mixture, or the idle speed screws. It came out of the box with both pre-set and marked with permanent ink. My son is thrilled with his dirt bike, and can start it on the first or second try. I've ridden it myself, and have had zero trouble with this carburetor. It provides the right mixture of fuel and air to the combustion chamber and the bike responds to the throttle without any hesitation.I might be able to further disassemble the original carburetor and find the reason why it isn't working correctly, but I'm so grateful that this carburetor was available, and for the price I paid I should have probably ordered two, just to have a reliable backup.

Leaks gas. Adjusted the seat and needle to try to fix it but it still leaks out the overflow. The main jet is such an oddball of a Main jet and the carb is said to be for a 50 70 90 110cc carb it almost guarantees you’ll have to replace the main jet to maximize performance/ well good luck finding one that fits that carburetor. The main jet that comes in the carb is also not marked so I guess you would have to buy a jet sizing kit to know the next size up or down.

Wasn't sure if this would fit my son's Tao Tao GK110 go-kart, but I took a chance and ordered it anyway since the dimensions looked the same. I'm glad I did. The company I bought the go-kart from originally wanted more than twice what Amazon listed it for. This carburetor is an exact match and it fit perfectly. And since a new fuel filter was included in the package, I went ahead and swapped it out, too. Hooked everything up and fired up the go-kart and it ran like new. Carburetor required only very minor idle adjustment after install. Very happy with this purchase.

I broke the air filter on my kids Go Kart and the choke cable needed to be replaced. For a few dollars more than a replacement air filter, I ordered this carburetor that came with an air filter and a manual choke that is right on the carb. This saved me the money and trouble of having to buy a new choke cable. The existing carb was a PZ17 (17mm measurement of the diameter of the intake manifold). This carb is a PZ19, but the bolt pattern is the same measurement of the old carb/intake manifold, so I decided to give it a try. It installed easily and the go kart ran perfectly without having to adjust anything.The carb seems of quality construction. I would buy again.

Fit my 70cc pit bike that had a sealed bowl and would not flow fuel. Even though the original was 18mm, I had a hard time finding that size. This 19mm worked perfectly right out of the box with NO ADJUSTMENT and includes all the seals all the way to the head for a complete kit. Throttle slide was easy to install and the whole swap only took a few minutes. Idles like a dream on this carb. I even like that the choke is on the other side as this leaves plenty of room to adjust your idle speed set screw unlike others.
