You can easily open, fill in and close it by firmly locking in.Just what was required. The best part, they are vegetarian- confirmed from the seller before I placed tbe order. Go for it .Looks just like shown in pic.. capsules are perfectly transparent in colour.

You are not quite sure of dosage but for some vitamins sold as powedr, it might not matter to be very accurate.

The package contains only 436 capsules instead of 500. 31capsules are missing per package. Scammer. Do not mention 500 if it has to be 436 only.

No information is given on the packet. Manufacturing and Expiry date not mansion on the packet. Also not mark vegetarian non vegetarian on packet. But capsule is good.
