She is using it to have beyblade fight with her friends and she is loving it when their beyblades burst. This came fast and in perfect condition.

This Bey is one of the main characters in the new Surge series. That alone made us get it. With about a dozen Surge Beys, and over a hundred in general, I can say this one is okay, not great.The energy layer is nothing great. The coloring is not the best either. We are not fans of the color palette. This Bey bursts slightly more than typical. Not a ton, but the “slopes” that connect the energy layer to the performance tip do seem to be loose, so it may be more prone to doing so.The forge disk is a solid one. We really like this style, ones that have disk frames attached to them, and 1B is no different. Really like it.The performance tip does come on other Beys, and it really moves around the stadium. It’s an okay tip in the Surge lineup.Why do I rate this as a 4 and not a 5? Honestly, if it was the same color palette as the one that comes in the Surge stadium set (which comes with waaay worse pieces) I would be closer to rating it 5 stars. The energy layer just isn’t that good. If it isn’t good, it’s got to at least look good so that it will get used some, and instead it never gets used - it just sits there, and my kids will easily use dozens of different Beyblade energy layers in a competition between themselves. At least the forge disk gets used. That’s something.
