For hard-core bakers, Italian flour is just about the best out there. Interestingly, I've served my homemade pasta to people with mild gluten intolerance - and they've been able to eat it with absolutely none of their traditional symptoms. I'm not a doctor - nor do I play one on TV - so check with your real doctor first, but there is something fundamentally different between Italian flour and our US-grown equivalent. All of that aside, the fine grind of this flour is just perfect for breads and pastas. Check out their semolina as well!

Best flour ever used..non GMO
North American Flour...GMO'd messes up my stomach NOT this and the taste is FANTASTIC. Use this and you will have best bread and pastry ever. GREAT for pie crusts...

This is great flour!
Just made my 4th purchase of an entire 8-pk case of this flour. Makes great pizza dough! There’s only 2 people in our household so that makes a lot of pizza and let’s you know how much I like this product. Just a warning or reminder: since this is such finely milled flour, it usually takes a little more water than your recipe calls for. So for example, my standard pizza recipe calls for 2-1/4 cups flour and 3/4 cup water, but I usually make it with a cup of water instead. I ran out of flour tonight so I ordered another case.

Works to ditch American flour!
My daughter becomes very ill if she eats anything with American flour. Told it was gluten for years. BUT...she eats flour from overseas...and it's a miracle....she's not sick at all! And look! It has gluten! FDA...F- Thanks SO much for being SO ethical and looking out for the health of the American people....🤬That being said the flour is great, I buy in bulk and freeze what I can't use right away. I will always reorder!
