Organic Hard White Wheat Berries - 24lbs

Makes a lovely wheatberry salad which I used to buy in market before covid. Now I have to make my own and these are delicious.

This product exudes good health and quality. Used it in a recipe for stuffed winter squash and it feels like you are doing something good for your health and body. Also cool that it comes from a farm in Idaho.

Great product for whole wheat and sourdough bread.

I was happy with the grains I received. I love milling my own grains and these grains are nice and clean and I’m happy with them!

I have suffered with gluten for years. I thought I would try organic wheat just to see if it makes a difference. Wow! This is beyond what I expected. I can enjoy bread again. I have no digestive issues. The best part is that everything we make with this is amazing.

Very nice grains and grinds well. It could have earned five stars if it had fewer foreign particles.

Delivered fast, grain is clean. I have a home made stone grinder similar to the old wondermill. The grain in the hopper churns, so I can see and pick out debris. This is clean. We like it.

I git the bag last week and milled my first batch to make sourdough bread. It came much better than my previous berries brand. I am extremely pleased with the quality, freshness and the result.
