Thank you for your inquiry! We only use all-natural flavoring (aka "natural flavors") in our teas, and there is NO added sugar. These natural flavorings are all NOP/EU compliant, which excludes the use of any artificial flavoring in its standards. (The National Organic Program (NOP), a division of the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service, develops, implements, and administers national production, handling, and labeling standards for organic agricultural products.) Basically, the flavorings are just uber-concentrated fruit juices. Cheers!
