I was recently on a Disney cruise and they use this same chocolate for their wine and chocolate tasting. It is superior quality and flavor but has a real low melting point. I fully expected that it would be a melted mess when it arrived. And I was ok with that. I live in Florida and it’s not really the best time of year to order chocolate. The package was well packed and the seller had packed it with ice packs. I was surprise when I opened it and the chips were all intact and I was able to put it the refrigerator to harden them back up. Love this chocolate and very happy with the seller. If you want one of the best white chocolates in the world this is the best in my opinion.

I have purchased this product in smaller quantity bags through Amazon several times and it seemed a little fresher than this larger bag. I say this because I break each piece in half so it melts a little quicker. The candy in this bag appeared dryer and was considerably harder to break in half than I experienced before. But still it melted down and tasted fine in the caramel candy I make. I might go back the the smaller quantity bags next time.

I used these to make Rose Truffles. So silky smooth and easy to work with. They are expensive, but worth it for such a delicate treat

I never write reviews, but I was surprised and impressed on the quality of deliver and product freshness. These sort of products (quality food items) via Amazon and 3rd seller can be dicey; this cocoa product was in great shape when received and shipped exceptionally well.

I made a white chocolate mud cake and buttercream frosting with this, though of course I also tried a little piece of it! It was absolutely divine, even after melting a bit in transit. I just bought another bag of it. It’s expensive, and I wouldn’t spend this much for every day baking, but for a special occasion where taste is more important than price, this is perfect.

Buy another brand. It’s just baking chocolate, and there are several brands on Amazon. The price of this item was about $23 when I bought it two months ago. Price went up to $28 when I went back online to buy more - - now $33.99 for 16 ounces.
