Good service but appears shop soiled.
It's a great instrument and was delivered promptly. However it is marked in several places which cannot be attributed to the natural hide. A couple of spots look like spilt liquid and a mark on the rim looks like it's been rubbed against something dirty. I know it's goat skin, but I wasn't expecting the hairs to be quite as long as some of them are. I need it in a hurry and it's playable. If I wasn't in such a hurry I would definitely send it back.
