So far so good!
Ok - I initially thought the camera stopped working because of this device, I was wrong. After researching issues with cameras and power - it turns out that the little battery cover switch was not activating. I reinstalled the battery cover door, and reinstalled the power-supply and everything worked. So far very happy with the Power Adapter - it is lightweight and yet seems sturdy - so far no heat issues but have only been using it for about an hour so far.

Perfect for a T3i
With Canon released their webcam utility in 2020, I had finally found a good use for my old t3i DLSR! My one issue was that I couldn't exactly run the camera for hours on battery power alone. After a little searching, I managed to find a video about DSLR videography and learned that I could purchase a dummy battery for my camera.I picked this one up because it said it was compatible with my older camera and it's perfect! I've used my camera for over 5 hours, streaming and video chatting with friends.

Not for Canon EOS 3Ti
Although the Canon EOS 3Ti is listed in as one of the supported cameras, this cord absolutely DOES NOT work in one. I received the first cord and and figured it was a factory defect that no power was being delivered to my camera. Returned it for a 2nd cord and found the same issue, zero power delivered to camera.Delivery and condition appeared fine, just doesn't work.

Works
This works incredibly well. It doesn't feel like it's made the greatest quality but it works very well I'm trusting it thus far. Have had zero problems with it I just wouldn't want to drop it. I only have one good drop in it so be careful if you purchase this not to drop it kind of cheaply made. Installs easy though power works great and it's the exact price I'd want to pay for its value and it fits snug. Four stars cuz it could be better.

Great for my Canon Rebel T5i
Bought this to use a Canon Rebel T5i as a webcam for streaming on YouTube, works perfect so I don't need to worry about charging any batteries.
