I have been using Bentonite Clay for years.Some are very light grey/beige, some are a bit darker grey. Some are very fine, 'slimy' and super smooth and some a bit 'grainy'. (Slimy and grainy are relative to the clay world and my perceptions.)This clay is quite green looking compared to the ones I had in the past and it is very smooth. I prefer little bit less smooth so when I am washing it off it creates a little bit of mini peeling action and is slightly easier to remove.I mainly use it for the face masks. On the package is to mix it with the rose water and lemon juice but I make my clay mask with the apple cider vinegar. Yes it is very strong with ACV but my skin can deal with it. Otherwise I would say mix with water and use only a few drops of ACV.It is great for the problematic skin and I feel it is anti-aging as well. When I leave it for longer time (until it is dry and starts to break/crack I feel tingling sensation and itching but not in the bad way). When I take it off I am super red for a while but I feel it has almost the same effect as derma rolling. (Creating microscopic "damage' to the skin and that consequently works on re-building more collagen, keeping the skin supple and youthful).There is on the package that it is 100% fullers earth powder (multani mitti), no bleaching agents, external fragrances, talc or chemicals. So I would personally feel safe to use it for the tooth abscess treatment pack in the mouth on the gums as I have done last year with a different bentonite clay. This powder mask comes in a resealable pack (which was very hard to reseal) and it's quite a big size. I did not realise that you had to mix it with rosewater and lemon juice until I received the packet, so I used water instead. I used two small spoonfuls and it was quite a lot of paste (see photo), I think one small spoonful is enough each time. I applied it quite thickly, waited a while and then rinsed off in the shower. I don't really think it did much to my face - my skin did not feel smoother, cleaner or even remotely hydrated. It was as if I had used some basic face wash to clean my face, maybe the rosewater and lemon juice would have somehow activated the ingredients. To be honest, I would not have ordered the mask if I had known I would need to add extra ingredients to it, who has the time for that?

I used it once mixed with water.i felt like the face was really clean,i guess it was like a scrub but there a a lot of things to mix it with and it depends on the type of skin.for now i am happy with it but can’t wait to try more mixtures

I made the mask up with some water and a few drops of oil and it went on really nicely, my skin felt soft afterwards. Instructions say to use lemon and rosewater but I didn't have any, still worked well for me. This will last ages
