BT-860 Car Battery Load Tester with Printer and Temperature Monitoring, Trucks Automotive 12V/24V 100-2000 CCA Battery Analyzer for Cranking Charging System

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the BT-860 Battery Load Tester because I am, unfortunately, hard on batteries, and I did not want to keep running down to the auto parts store to have my batteries tested. This tester is handy for testing the status of a battery, and for testing several related systems. I have only used this device for battery testing, but it will also test the charging and the cranking systems. I tested three batteries. Two were from my RV that I had let completely run down several times, and one was an ATV battery that had been kept on a battery maintainer since new. Both of the RV batteries tested as “Good”, and the ATV battery tested as “Great.” I am not surprised with these results, which leads me to believe that this tester is performing accurately. I had placed the RV batteries on a battery restoring device in an attempt to recover them, and my expectation would be that they would be partially recovered, which is what the tester showed. The ATV battery, on the other hand, is as good as new, which is what the tester showed.The tester itself is intuitive to use and seems to be well built, although I do not think that the housing will take many drops before cracking. The printer is a nice feature for those who are professionals, but I do not think that there will be much need for me to make printouts. The device includes two rolls of thermal paper, and I am sure that replacement rolls can be found online or at an office supply store.

If your the neighborhood handyman your going to like this. print and go. very convenientI have a digital one. links to my phone save the data. but many of my friends and neighbors either don't do smart phones that much or just prefer paper. something they can hold and take the the auto store.This is wonderfully convenient for that. run the tests print the results hand them a clear easy piece of paper. Very nice.

Wow printer sucks

This battery load tester does what it was intended to do. You hook it up, and then make your selection from the screen. Note, it only powers on when connected to a battery. It connects easily and is user friendly also. I have gotten accurate readings thus far. I would recommend this product.

Hook it up to the battery in question and follow the prompts. Easier with two people with one to turn the vehicle over while I run the load tester. but can be done by me alone if needed. It really is a great tool to have in my inventory because I’m able to test anytime I think it’s needed. I definitely will rerun the test towards winter to make sure our batteries are healthy for the winter blues. I can compare the read outs and determine what’s needed for the health of our batteries now and in the future. It’s been well made and the screen although small is still easily read. The pieces and parts fit well together and seams and gaps were consistent throughout the tester. Came with two rolls of printer paper which was nice and I didn’t have to run out to buy some. The instructions were good enough and were easy to read and understand and helped me immediately with setup and its operation. Ten minutes and I had results from two batteries in different cars. Very satisfied with its performance. Four Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Only down fall to this product is it only powers up when attached to a battery. I wish it had a power source so you can figure it out. For the price I think is should. Overall besides that it's easy to use and accurate according to my local auto parts store. So would recommend.
