Makes hanging a mirror easy
Used these in my bathroom for hanging 2 lighted mirrors next to each other. With the height adjustability of these hangers it was easy to level the mirrors to one another. I used wall anchors instead of the provided mounting nails. Makes for a stronger mounting setup.

Super helpful device to make a picture level
I have used these a few times. I find it most helpful when hanging a large painting that doesn't use a wire across the back but rather has one fixed attachment points at either end. In that situation one needs to make sure the two wall hooks are perfectly level. Easier said then done, particularly for large paintings. With the Hillman, I do my best to make sure I place the hooks a level position. But the Hillman hooks allow for some adjustment to get the painting perfectly level.The Hillman hooks come with two nails which is fine if you happen to be able to place them on a stud. Perhaps the two nails are OK for sheetrock, but I don't use them. Rather, I use "toggle bolts" to attach the Hillman hooks to sheet rock walls.

These adjustable hangers make it so much easier to hang large or heavy things and get everything level. Now I’m not making lots of holes in the wall!

Very sturdy hanger
I had actually purchased two mirrors from another company a couple of months ago and they came with these hangers included. My husband the handy-man went nuts over these so when I found them on Amazon I ordered several. He has since used a number of these while hanging mirrors and art work at my daughter’s new home. They are sturdy and make leveling wall art a breeze without adding more holes to the walls.

Adjustable and heavy duty
I have a heavy large mirror hanging from two of these. First time I put these on the wall, it mounted incorrectly so it wasn't flush against the wall. Make sure when it's on the wall it is flush otherwise it may start pulling off the drywall under heavy load! Noticed it in time, and repositioned the hooks a little lower, and I doubt that the mirror will go anywhere! It is a bit hard to keep it in the spot when driving the nails at an angle, but since it is adjustable you can make sure they are even if using two, and it is quite forgiving if youre off by a bit.
