Waist of time and money
Good thing: powered by battery and sufficiently light equipment.But...it doesn't work effectively. The comb attachments made from the very cheap plastic and if a scalp is a little bit sweaty, the comb simple doesn't glide. The device jammed non stop while working with comb attachment on. Terribly disappointed with my purchase. Bought for one particular reason, as device has a thinning option. Wouldn’t recommend obtaining this product for those who have lack of time. Conclusion: it’s cheaper to go to a barbershop, nor to tidy up hair with this device even if they are short. Simply it takes far too long and is too costly.

Great for beards
Nice little set here, it looks really nice and it's not too heavy to use. It's perfect for bears, the attachments allow you to do exactly what you need to. Used to cut hair, it worked fine but was a little more difficult than expected - maybe because said hair was a bit longer than usual! Did the job though.

Style over substance
On first opening the box this looked like a good quality superior set of hair clippers. Its usb chargeable and comes with the usual accessories. However the guards are fiddly to fit and it's quite complicated with all its settings. It also looked like ergonomically it would be great to use but I didnt find it so.Honestly, I've got better clippers for a similar price and I wasnt very impressed apart from the fact they look quite stylish.

Great trimmer
Excellent quality product. My husband says this works great on his thick unruly beard. It was neat and tidy in minutes and very simple to use! Saves money going to the barbers every few weeks too.

Original review: Possibly the best hair clippers I have owned. Edit: They don't last long
Edit: Having only used these clippers approximately 20 times, they have died.Original review: I have used hair clippers to cut my hair once per week for the last 25+ years. I have generally always owned either Wahl or Braun clippers. I've never owned a pair of cordless clippers, and I was a bit skeptical as to how much power these Beurer HR5000 Barbers Corner Hair Clippers would have. If I am honest I hadn't heard of Beurer before. However, on arrival, they looked like they had been designed and manufactured to a high specification. One of my main bugbears for home clippers is all the attachments that come with them, inevitably get misplaced (although nowadays, I just tend to shave all my hair evenly without a length guard). However, these HR5000s have some very clever design features, firstly and most noticeably it has a good charging docking station when two of the guards can be kept. Secondly, it has a sliding button to control a 0.5, 1, and 2 cutting length. However, you still have the scissors, cleaning brush, and little clipper oil bottle to contend with. Maybe the next generation of these clippers the manufactors will have a place on the docking station for those 3 items. On taking the clippers out of the box, they were already 100% charged, as noted by the useful led display. I clip my hair once per week, and so I had a go with them yesterday evening. I did find the cutting angle a little strange at first compared to my current set of Wahl clippers, but I soon got used to it. Clipping was very good and very even (see before and after pic). The blade is a little narrower than my Wahl blades, but for me, this wasn't an issue, and I would imagine someone wanting more detailed than I need would find that useful. It takes me around 10 to 15 minutes to get my hair clipped, and the battery display still showed 100% after I had finished so it clearly has a good strength battery. All in all, this is a great set of hair clippers and one that I wholeheartedly recommend to you.

Beurur Hair Clippers Ok but not the Most Impressive
I thought this would be ideal for husbands haircut whilst not wanting to do a trip to barbers. However he didn’t think them quite as good in some ways as his older ones. They come charged so to get you up and cutting straight away a positive. Also included are hair scissors and a comb. Which if anything like the cut done you need to tidy some areas up slightly afterwards. They have a usb charge but also a plug too so quite useful having the choice of both depending on where you might be when using them. They aren’t too heavy for using but I think better if someone else uses them on someone to get a better result especially at the back. Comfy to hold even for a longer time whilst cutting which is good and they aren’t bulky like some older clippers can be. It all depends on your hair too husbands hair thick and some parts had to be done a few times to get it cutting sharply. Alright for now and trips to hairdressers or barbers not as easy but are they worth the price? Lots of others out there too worth looking at. Ok but maybe not the most impressive.

My husband is pleased!
Bought for my husband to use during lockdown and he's been delighted with it. It's easy to use, has a number of different grades so he could have his hair cut to the length he wanted and not look too scalped! He uses it for shaving too and is particularly impressed by how long it holds its charge.

Handy, but be careful...
This is very handy to have lying around, a quick tidy up of side burns or eyebrows, a quick trim down of stubble before a proper shave, great. The charging base is good but a bit fiddly to plug the shaver into; the shaver doesn’t just drop in and rest against charging contacts as you might expect... the mini usb charging plug is simply held face upwards in the base and matching the two up isn’t a given. My biggest problem is with the hair length accessories; cheaply made, fiddly to locate on the shaver and easily dislodged, which adjusts the hair length... as i found out in a very stark way when i almost shaved off my eyebrow, lol. Its not a bad shaver and is quite pleasant to use, just be careful.
