It does leave my hair soft and shiny.Although the ingredients says there is alcohol in it, that would dry out your hair, in this product it hasn't dried out my hair!soft

I have lots of fine hair that is easily weighed down. I also often deal with psoriasis flares above my ears and at the neck of my neck that is easily irritated by hair products. Although this mask is mildly scented, it does not irritate my scalp.I use this mask two different ways. 1) I mix it half and half with Vanicream conditioner that is non-irritating for sensitive scalps. I use that mixture as a regular hair conditioner. 2) Every two weeks or so, I use the mask full strength & let it sit. I clip my conditioner-laden hair on top of my head, cover my head with a foil shower cap, and sit under a hair drying hood for about 15 minutes. Then I let my hair cool completely before rinsing out the mask. My hair feels fabulous after that treatment.I also rotate in Aveda Cherry Almond shampoo & conditioner. This mask has replaced Aveda Damage Remedy Restructuring Conditioner in my hair care routine.

Kiehls NEVER disappoints. I love all of their products from packaging, to pricing, and variety. It's all perfection. Like all things Kiehls, this conditioner does what it claims to do and looks and smells better than expected and I assumed it would be.

I used this product on my hair after washing applied on wet hair and left on for 3 minutes, before rinsing. It leaves my hair soft, shiny and tangle free!
