Good cloth for punch needling
This is just what I was looking for when I wanted to experiment with first time punch needling. My craft store was a big disappointment and left holes in the cloth. This one was purposely meant to to open and close the cloth holes.

Falls apart when making a punch rug
Tried using this to make a punch rug. All my loops were inconsistent and the fabric basically started falling apart with every punch. Really expensive and doesn't even work for what I bought it for.

Buy better fabric
Ripped with the slightest needle movement... go buy better quality fabric because this was cheap and ripped up everywhere I tried to needle punch.

Great cloth for wool rug hooking
I’ve just started wool rug hooking and I think this will be good material. It is light enough that I can use my light board to transfer patterns for hooking.
