Game changer for pregnancy
Absolute must have for pregnancy, I used them hot/warm for pelvic pain during pregnancy and cold for episiotomy aftercare. They can also help breastfeeding mummies suffering from crevasses and other disagreements that can make the experience rather painful. 100% worth the money!

I was using this product as a cool pack for pain relief from vulvar varicosities as recommended by my midwife. I have 3 ice packs to rotate so may have used this one a maximum of 6 times since purchase. It has split along the seam during use leaving red gel beads all over the place, not ideal with small children. A shocking price to charge for an inferior product. Do not buy
