I would like to return it for a replacement and requested a refund as the heater started to smell of burning and then only send out cold air. Contacted Customer Service who have refunded the amount paid for it. I have now ordered another one and hope the same thing does not happen again. Thank you.

This little heater is so easy to use and really good quality considering its pocket friendly! Heats up any room in our house in a short period of time without costing a fortune. That being said I'm sure there will be other heaters that are more energy efficient than this. Its doesn't break the bank to run but it also doesn't run off 1p an hour. If your looking for overall savings, instead of a cheap purchase like myself I would recommend a more energy savvy dearer purchase, makes more sense to spend more money on a energy saver which saves you in the long, rather than pocket friendly purchase than costs more in the long run.

I love this heater very warm I also love the fact its got a cool setting as I sometimes get hot flushes and it cools me down I also like to have an airflow when it's not cold and I like it on cool air at night when I'm sleeping very happy

Excellent product. Produces heat and very effective. Good product for your money. Go for it.

For this price, can't complain much. Chose this over other standing radiators also because it can blow at my feet which are always cold. The knobs aren't hard to turn like others have reviewed. It has three settings - fan (cool), low heat and high heat. At high heat, the device emits some chemical smell (from the plastic casing?) which I don't like and not comfortable with, (tried a few times at high heat but still emitting) so I am mostly operating it at low heat which suffices for now (this will warm up my room eventually when kept running).

Lasted for about 3 months. Now have to buy a new one. Seriously, I want my money back. Supposed to have 2 year warranty. Conveniently gets spoilt just a couple of weeks after the last date to return item.
