Excellent Commentary on Constitutional Law
The book I received is latest edition published in 2022 reprinted in 2023. ISBN 9789391787998. Dr Narender Kumar has done excellent job in this book. It has total 41 chapters spread in 1176+CXVI pages. The strength of the book lies in its style of presentation of commentary. It uses simple sentences as much possible to present the commentary in story telling mode rather than big complex sentences often used by law professionals and need to pause before one grasp the full meaning. Here the exact text presented in italics and inverted comma in the very beginning of commentary if each article and then follows the commentary on each word and phases of the texts of each article. It describes text of the articles in the commentary in integrated manner. It explains each word and phrases from historical to present context in evolutionary style that makes it much easier to understand the history of the Article or words or phrases and all changes and rational behind them and all relevant events and stories that went into making the current text and meaning.
