The part fits perfect and love that it is made of aluminum. It will last forever. The price was very good too. Better than OEM part and much cheaper.

Definitely save money this route rather than going to Gino's garage so I would buy again.

I've owned this locking cap 6+ months now and still no issues. When I first bought my trick in 2021 this locking cap DID NOT EXSIST if so I would of bought it with the truck! None of the less right on time. Still my most favorite accessory for my truck I feel 100% more secure with a sturdy cap alone!

Machining is nice, anodizing looks great...turns on just enough to lock, most likely the grip edge should have knurling, is hard to grasp and turn in the small arra the truck manufacturer gives you... the on/off indicator at the key slot is backwards...off locks it on...on unlocks it to remove...Works as designed....After being in use as of installation...is a bit hard to grasp with the big hands in the small area that the manufacturer gives ...

I use this on my Ram 3500. Just give me a quality assurance easy to put on and off.

These fuel and DPF caps look very nice when you open the fuel door, and I'm sure the caps will help keep the dust out since that is the primary purpose for having ordered the caps. The magnet doesn't hold very well though, so I wouldn't place the cap where it could fall onto your paint. Also, because of the way RAM has redone the fuel filler neck, I worry some that the cap will pop off on bumpy roads, but in my opinion that's not the fault of the cap. Other than those two minor issues I'm happy with the fuel caps.

Looks really nice and quality built but the magnet protruding on the bottom pushes the flapper open on the fuel inlet. I don’t know if this is going to cause a problem or not yet. The flapper is there to keep water, dirt and foreign objects from entering the fuel tank. Also the key has no teeth on it so I guess anyone who has one of these fuel caps can remove them from someone else’s truck. It’s basically a flat piece of metal for the key. The cap does have a nice finish on looks great but not sure about the functionality of it.EDIT:Item returned.
