Works okay, but there are much better options out there.
The overall sound is nice when its fully connected. There's something in the bluetooth signal where the audio is not fully on, almost as if it was slightly muted. The EPOS app is a flat out joke, so do not bother trying to connect the device to the app. For work purposes only, this gets the job done. The mic picks up just fine. Just don't count on it for casual music listening between calls.

Compatible with Mitel 6920 IP phone
USB Bluetooth provided makes this a plug in and use it right away. Connects and is usable with PC at the same time with IP phone.

Third Party Seller (bad)
As the title says it uses the battery power if it is plugged in or not but it does have a long battery life and the noise cancelation is great.Edit - This is a knock off of the actually epos adapt 360. They are a third party seller and some of the cables and components in this product are much different than the headset sold by Epo's themselves.

Great mic and sound quality
Great headphones for sound and voice mic. I teach remotely and sound and mic quality are critical.

Do not sync well with computer or phone - very annoying
Way overpriced. The dongle doesn't work. The connection is spotty with iPhone and computer. Having to resort to using the wired connection. Only reason I got them was because of the wireless.
