There are some nice good sized pieces at this seller, I guess the question is “what will I do with it”, but I’m looking for the right cutting tools and whatever kind of tools you’d use to set them.

Stone was advertised as 16 CT but I got one that is 12.55 CT. Seems like a genuine rough ruby and comes with a worthless authenticity card. I must say that I have countless examples of these authenticity cards that are frauds, most of which represent companies that don't exist and plenty of others contain information that conflicts with the identification provided. I'm not a geologist or a gemologist or any sort of expert on stones but it's clear to me that it's been treated. The point is that there are almost no completely natural and untreated stones on the market and the stones that are natural/untreated are thousands of dollars per CT easily and in this world where even quartz can be manufactured so convincingly as to fool science itself, you will never find one for ten bucks on Amazon, EBay, or anywhere.
