Great Price - Great Purchase
This laptop was a real bargain. I have been working from home on my PC for a year, and I bought this laptop to go on a road trip. It was like I never left him and was able to do all the work I normally did on my PC.

Only thing needed is a keyboard light.I got one for 8.99 on Amazon. Dell has great customer service. I know that from past experiences. Easy set up, current Windows ten. Has everything needed and more.

Laptop died within months
This laptop died within months. I barely used it. One day I decide to use it and it suddenly resets on me. I think that’s weird, but let it reboot. Then a few seconds into using it, it reboots again. After a few more iterations of this, I boot into safe mode to try to narrow down the issue. I restore to a previous save point as recommended by Dell/Microsoft. That doesn’t fix it. Then I try just restoring everything from the ground up clean with a fresh reinstall of the OS as recommended by the safe mode options. It now can’t even boot up the OS. Lol. So it’s basically completely dead now.This was the biggest waste of $500. I expected it to be a piece of garbage because of the price, but I figured that meant it would be clunky and slow, not that it would literally stop working permanently. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

Easy to setup and use
The laptop was easy to setup and get operating. However I was sorely disappointed when the power supply failed on the 2nd day. Dell customer service is sending me a new one which is why I gave it 4 stars ovefall. Other than that I was very pleased with the computer itself

Great Value
I have owned a Macbook for 8 years. My unit would no longer accept tax packages. Macbook is a good choice except for one thing--every time you use YOU MUST ENTER YOUR EMAIL & PASSWORD, which is ridiculous. I bought this Dell ($500) for 1/2 the cost of a Macbook ($1,000) and no longer have to enter email every time I use. This Dell is a better overall value

Easy to use!!
I love Dell products, I have been buying Del for over 20years. Every time I buy from another company I am sorely disappointed . From now on I’m sticking with Dell, it has just enough security and doesn’t tell me I can’t download Norton 360!!!

Slowest computer I ever used
Got this for my son since covid made us homeschool for a while. It is so slow and horrible.

Dell laptop is a good one...
Switch to Win.10 is not as easy as they make it out to be. I get it, I am 62, but not bad with my computers. I wish this laptop was faster, and thinner. That is not Dell's fault, I didn't study overall size, I just knew I wanted a 15.5 HD display, so all in all everything is ok, I got to get better with Win 10.
