I have advanced stage 4 Prostate cancer and one of my battles is to stay regular. Due to my cancer having spread to my bones, Because I suffer from constant pain, I must take opioids daily which causes me to suffer from a sort of constipation that is not resolved with most home remedies.For relief, I have to use Prune juice mixed with Miralax, plus three of these Ultra-lax. Quite a bit on medication to keep me regular but this combination does the trick.I have tried many different ways to get relief and this is what works best for me. I have now been using Ultra-lax for nearly 4 years. For the common person, I suspect using the normal dosage would help quickly.I give it 5 stars because it helps me so much.

My bowels occasionally need a little help, so when I get too bogged down, I take a couple of these, usually at night. The next day they work to help clean me out. I've been using them for several years now and am very pleased with them.

Will definitely buy this product again!! It is very gentle but it keeps you moving. The tablets are nasty. They look like they can be chewed but just sitting in my tongue makes me nauseated. I down it with water.

I used this 4 times. It made me incredibly constipated. I threw the rest away.

This product seemed to work well but I switched back to my Dr Shultz product because I felt bloated on this. No more bloat with Dr Shultz but be prepared to pay considerably more. For the price, this is a good product.
