First time making a brisket, glad I found this!
Delicious rub for the first time I made a brisket, it's got a nice spice and sweet flavour. I didn't know what I needed for different seasonings for a brisket but this took the guessing out! Rub and cook! Tastes great and would recommend!

A Spicy Brisket Rub
This Brisket Rub is quite spicy; though I did coat the brisket twice. It’s really tasty and is great for the barbecue so if you fancy toning it down a bit just add a little of the rub to steak, burgers or even fish. Add a teaspoon full to your chilli for extra flavour.
