Better than fancy custom insoles
Fantastic insoles. Good arch support and better for my feet than the $800 ones my podiatrist sold me. My feet love these.

Affordable, recommended by my podiatrist. Offers good support to arch and heel for gym shoes and day-to-day.
This brand was recommended by my podiatrist. I have fairly flat feet with foot pain and I also tend to walk on the outside of my feet (roll the foot out) when I step. He said not to bother with anything you purchase in the supermarket/drugstore such as Dr Scholl's, e.g. but suggested this brand and this specific insert to go into my sneakers or regular shoes since it provides strong support and can also withstand some impact from running, etc. I ordered true to size and they fit in my sneakers. I should say that I have WIDE feet and I do wish that these came in a wide width but maybe it's not necessary? I'm not sure. Overall, they provide good support and I did notice a difference since I was having issues running. I took the footbed right out of all of my sneakers for the gym and I put these in. When I'm done, I take them out, air them out and use them the next day. I have used them inside some boots as well as a couple of pairs of shoes that have removable footbeds and have found the shoes much more comfortable to walk and stand in with these inserts. According to the Powerstep website you do need to replace these every couple of months as you find they start to wear out--and of course for someone like me who is using them in their sneakers at the gym and running or doing high impact I expect to run through these a little sooner. But the price is very reasonable, they are STURDY, and I am generally happy with the comfort and support they have provided me. According to the Powerstep website they do make a higher impact athletic insert but those are only available at specific retailers listed on their site and can't be purchased online--otherwise, I'd get those, too. Recommend!!!

Timely arrival, product as described. The comfortable inserts must be worn slowly to acclimate.

Best arch supports!
These arch supports are amazing; give just the right amount of support, fit perfectly into my Hoka sneakers after removing the insole that comes in the shoe, and are comfortable. Great for people with plantar fasciitis or weak arches. I wear 7 1/2 shoe and got the women’s 7-7 1/2..

Amazing Support But Impractical for Women's Sneakers
I really want these to work. I usually wear a 6.5/7 women's shoe and I have moderate over-pronated feet that are very narrow. My first mistake was ordering the 7/7.5 size instead of ordering down. I had to trim the top portion so that the actual insole would fit in my shoe. Now I have to say putting my foot into my sneakers with these on felt amazing- I actually felt like I was standing up straight for the first time in my life. I immediately noticed less pain in my knees and lower back....it seriously was amazing. However.....these are super thick. I had to take out my sneaker laces and re-lace them to make the insoles fit. The heel of the insole is so thick that the heel of my foot kept slipping out of my sneakers no matter how I tied them. I was hoping I could make them work because the support is out of this world, but after walking around the house in my sneakers with the insoles in for a few minutes, I had to take my shoes off. My heel was slipping out so much that I started getting blisters. I think these would work well with men's shoes which typically have higher sides and more ankle support. Women's sneakers, unfortunately, typically have lower sides, so unless you think you can deal with the heel of your foot slipping out ever step, I'm not sure if I would recommend these. Awesome support, definitely decreases pain, but just not practical for women's sneakers.

Best I've found so far
The pinnacle inserts are the most effective orthodic I've used so far.I have over- pronation and really need an insert that's more supportive than this one,but I haven't been able to find it yet. Do you suggest one I haven't seen yet?
