The set I didn't know I needed
Originally I was looking for an "ab-roller" type equipment and this kit came up so for the difference I said might as well!Very happy with this purchase didn't know I needed the rubber tubes before I tried them, now I incorporate them in my weight trainings.The whole thing is useful and great value for the price.

Amazing and useful fitness set
It's really a practical and useful fitness set, and I'm surprised at the speed of delivery. The push-up bars is one of the most practical because it can complete a lot of arm, chest, and back muscle training movements, but also effectively protect my arm muscles and wrist.The roller is very good for my core strength building. When I use the roller, I can feel my abdomen burning strongly. Although it is very tiring, it is really effective and interesting. At the same time, it is also equipped with a knee pad. To my surprise, there is a counting function on the grip strengthener, which I think is also very practical. Generally speaking, I like this suit very much and it's easy to carry. Although I can't go to the gym during the epidemic period, the equipment can meet my fitness requirements and save me money to go to the gym.

During quarantine worth it for the short term
Ab roller is the best part of the deal. Bands prob wont survive 3-6 months. Pushup bars are plactic, hard plastic, so durability is a crapshoot.knee pads designed for kids wont protect anything.Love the design of the grip strengtheners, but construction, like nearly everything else is questionable.wish they allowed reviews over time, could follow up over time.

Perfect
I started working out at home and dumbbells just isn’t in my budget. I’ve been watching videos about resistance bands and how they’re a great tool for getting lean and building muscle without needing dumbbells. This set offers a lot. It was easy to assemble and offers a great workout just using these items. I would recommend to anyone looking to add to their home gym or even just starting out!
