Dorman 25860 Front Driver Side Lower Outer Door Window Sweep Compatible with Select Cadillac/Chevrolet/GMC Models

I saw some mixed reviews on this. But wanted to share that it was a perfect fit for my pickup, popped the old one out. And pressed this one right into place, took less than 5 mins, and has stopped rainwater from flooding my floorboards. Great quality, still looks brand new even months later. I recommend lubricating with some soap prior to first time rolling windows up and down since it is new rubber. Works great, and seals well.

These window seals are identical to the OEM parts in fit and function, they are plastic like the OEM so they won't rust like the heavy duty aftermarket ones with metal in the core. They fit perfect and take about 5 minutes to install, do a nice job of wiping the glass clean when it has dew on it. One note; one of my window motors is weak (that's next) and I now have to assist it up since these seals are as tight as when the truck was new. I'm glad Dorman makes so many replacement parts since they are the closest to the OEM parts specs or sometimes better.

I have a 2004 Silverado SS that I have kept very nice. However, my side window guards were shrieking during window open/close. Body Shop guy said that GM no longer had them, and that all that he could find were “JCWhitney” low quality pieces that he refused to use. I found these Dorman pieces at a good price, which were every bit as good quality as GM. 2 Years ago, I converted my truck from a mechanical fan to the exact dual factory style electric fans, & that unit was great quality as well. In the past, I have bought electrical replacement parts from GM, where they intentionally changed connectors, which required you to cut/splice in new connectors. Factory parts quality is not the same as before. Also, I could not find these in Rock Auto, but found them pretty easily on Amazon.

this product is not cut the same nor does it fit the same and created a slow roll on a window that has a brand new GM regulator ,motor and glass , had to clean the old one put it back in and it was finereturning this one thx Dorman

Remove the mirror and drops right in. Seals great.

Super easy install. In just a few minutes time I now have a clean window when rolling up and down.

Perfect for my 2001 Suburban. At first the window resisted rolling up and down easily, but the next day it was fine. I guess it needed time to form into place or something.
