Excellent purchase, easy to install, quality design and materials
This is such a useful product I've purchased it twice, so both my bathrooms are equipped with this great addition and excellent investment for any bathroom, both convenient and hygienic. These should be required for all modern toilets and are a great value compared to expensive built-in bidet toilets like Toto or the cheap toilet seat add-ins which are not half as convenient and effective as this handheld metallic model.

Sturdy product
I chose to spend more for this product because it was recommended that one not skimp on quality when it comes to plumbing. It is all metal, sturdy, well made, and does as advertised. Though there is no plastic in this, it still has a shut off valve that ensures you won't flood your house. It takes while to get used to making sure you turn the valve off every time, but due to the quality it's not likely to break. Many of the cheaper options really are just repurposed kitchen sink sprayers, while this product has several extensions that you can decide what works for you. I'm still experimenting, but the different options definitely do a better job than trying to aim a kitchen sprayer without getting water everywhere. This is my first experience with a bidet type thing, despite spending a semester in Italy I admit I never had the courage to figure out how to use a standard bidet, I was young and confused by the concept, sorry world, but Americans just have never seen one, we literally don't know what to do. But, this is easy to use and gives you accuracy. One surprise is that since it's not heated it does take some getting used to, so be prepared. Once you get used to it it's fine. It was mostly easy to install, except I had to get a different water connection hose, the sprayer extension caused my hose to bend in such a way I worried it put to much pressure on the water entry pipe, which mine is just plastic so not sturdy. A guy at the hardware store helped, as there wasn't a shorter hose that would fit my connection, so said get a 20 inch hose and loop it so it relieves the pressure off the water entry pipe. So, it took a bit of work, but I got it working. This probably won't come up for most people, if they have a more sturdy plumbing system, but it's worth mentioning the work around we came up with should someone else run across this issue.

10/10 Big butt cheeks or hemorrhoids? Get super clean & wand is easy to keep 100% sanitary!
Buy the RinseWorks All-brass AquaUs 360 Handheld Bidet!! You will be glad you did!I am impressed with how well designed it is. I am hyper aware of sanitary conditions—I have NO concerns with the RinseWorks All-brass AquaUs 360 bidet because of its design and the stainless steel body of the water levers, handle, and “Water Wand.”If you are thinking about buying any type of bidet—stop now and get this “water wand”! Best purchase you’ll make for cleaning your anus exterior, boody cheeks and vulva (if you have one!). The price is higher than others but brass components are the gold/standard in faucet manufacturing, and again—design!!Easy to use: At first when I opened the box, I thought the metal hand piece was going to be too heavy for me to maneuver and position properly. I have some weakness in my right hand. But I actually use my right hand to adjust the water flow at the side of my toilet and use my left hand to control the flow and direction of the water spray. It took only a couple of trials and I was ready to “go” (haha punny?).Easy to install: Everything needed for a leak- free installation is in the box! No need for anything except for PLIERS to loosen the connection at the base of the toilet tank. I did attach the nozzle holder to the side of my vanity, so I used a Phillips screwdriver and screw that I provided to do that. Oh, I did use one towel in the tank to keep the left over water from dripping out when I took off the water supply hose. The kit included a laminated installation guide with easy to follow written directions and exceptionally accurate illustrations.I’m 63+ years old & hooked this up by myself! Truly easy for anyone to completely install all parts in less than 1/2 hour.Comfort: Controlling the amount of pressure is regulated at the base of the toilet and on the wand. Again, design engineers have done a great job!Temperature of water does not need heating. In Midwest our tap water is very cold esp. during this time of year. 100% no need to get a heated bidet. The cold water seems to sooth any skin irritation down there for me. :-}I was worried about water spraying out from under toilet seat when using any type of bidet—especially handheld ones. Not an issue! Being able to easily control direction and intensity of water pressure apparently eliminates misdirected particles. :-•I have looked a long time for a bidet. I think I can save you some time and maybe some money by encouraging you to try this product.Bravo/Brava to the RinseWorks crew!
