Easy to use
Worked very well. I do wish it came with a new back cover.

Doesn't work
Product failed. When installed it shows a yellow triangle for a battery issue. Temperature was too low so sometimes you just have to let it charge. I did for around an hour and a half and nothing. Oem battery doesn't have this issue. I went elsewhere since this product failed to work.

would not work
My phone turned on and off over and over but only when plugged in. It would not stay on so I could use the phone. Had to return. Hope the replacement works.

Ive read Samsung S10s have my problem. I replaced with this "upgrade", still half a day lifespan. I cant be a good judge

New old stock.
The battery I got looked like a genuine Samsung battery except without the Samsung logo. Turns out it is a genuine Samsung battery. I used a polarized filter and was able to make out the erased Samsung logo. They even erased the word Samsung that was printed in Korean. And under polarized light the manufacturing date became visible. March 2019, so this is an apparently unused, 2 year old battery. The replacement tools were great and everything went together ok. The battery life is better than the old swollen battery I replaced, but it definitely has less capacity than when the phone is new. It's a reasonable value at the price but it should not say it's a fresh new battery when it is actually new old stock.
