Exceptional product!
I can't recommend this great product highly enough! The reason I'm writing this review is not only because I am exceedingly pleased with this product but also because I've noticed at least one review criticizing the colorant before even using it. In the review they're being critical of the small size of the container. Everyone needs to know the colorant is SUPER concentrated! Only 2 1/2 quarts of the colorant are required for 5 gallons of plaster! It's just ridiculous to me for anyone to be critical of a product before they even open or use it!Now onto my actual review. This colorant (I'm using Spanish Red on the Veneziano finish wall pictured in my review) gives absolutely stunning results. The color is rich and vibrant. Keep in mind when you are mixing your colorant into your plaster you absolutely must mix it thoroughly. Make sure you carefully scrape the sides and bottom of your container during the mixing process to be sure none of your uncolored plaster doesn't become blended in. Mix it per the instructions and then mix it again lol. Any portions of base material that missed being mixed with the colorant will show as plain plaster streaks on your finished surface that will ruin your look or at a minimum cause you to need to apply another layer (or possibly layers) of the material over the surface to cover the offending areas. This product is easy to use and renders fantastic results.

I love the color of the paint.
It is a deep, rich red, which I love; however, I'm disappointed that it isn't venetian plaster. For whatever reason, someone higher up decided to stop production of venetian plaster, which should be a crime.I don't know what is different between lime wash and paint. It looks exactly the same to me. Venetian plaster makes your walls smooth, soft to the touch and gives it depth of color, this lime wash does nothing more than paint the walls. This lime wash, which is $20 more expensive than the venetian plaster, and not near as good on your walls and is NOT worth the money. It's just paint with lime in it. I would NOT recommend anyone spend the money on this paint.

Colorant only and lots of styrofoam for packaging
The media could not be loaded. I have not opened or used this yet but i'm already skeptical. I'm not sure if this could work for my project. The packaging kinda prove to me that this isn't an 100% environmentally friendly approach to repainting though. So i hope I could find a way to get a lime wash primer as eco friendly as possible
