Lasts 2 to 3 times longer than sponge-backed scourers
I have just finished using the first of my scourers and am now able to review it. I used it for 80 days before it fragmented too much to be able to use. This is 2 to 3 times longer than the sponge-backed scourers I used to use. As fragments break off they go to my compost heap so there is no waste. I will continue using them.

So loosely woven they are basically single use
We've been using coir scrubbers for several years, and found them generally brilliant, superior to plastic, silicone and wire versions, much gentler on pans and kinder to the environment (great on the compost heap). I bought an eight-pack of these ones for the first time, and they are much less durable than the other brands we've tried - they disintegrate the first time we've used them, leaving a sink full of loose coconut fibres. Do yourself a favour and spend twice the money on a much better quality brand - the pads should last weeks, not one wash.

Effective and eco
Overall good little scrubber. Use it on all my pans with no adverse effects. Doesn’t last long — the husk fibres fall out and get stuck down the drain. It’s eco though so you don’t feel bad about putting it in the compost.

Clean well but disintegrate and leave bits everywhere
Love the idea of the eco nature of these and they do scrub really well. However they fall apart really quickly and then leave strings of coconut fibre everywhere which is really annoying. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend.

As good as a plastic scourer
Better scourer than other eco versions I have tried.

Decent alternative to wire scourers.
These are a decent alternative to wire scourers but tend to fall apart after a short time, the fibres clogging the sink. Probably a small price to pay for an eco-friendly product.

Needs much improvement
The scourer started to disintegrate at the first wash. I bought this product following buying other successful coconut-fibre scourers. But these had machine-stitching that held them together for many uses. In its current form, this product is unstable, and I will not be buying it again.
