Light and easy to clean. This is my backpacking cup so it’s the perfect size (BIG) for my single eating container: oatmeal, soup, coffee, water, etc. And it has the classic look

Very nice cups. Comfortable to drink from, very durable and large.

I bought the 24oz. It came not damaged and works like a coffee mug should.Only bad thing is that the stainless steel cover around the brim allows things to get caught under it which is annoying to have if you're using this as a camping mug.

The cup is just the right size to use for coffee or a hot chocolate with marshmallows. It’s similar in color to the old canning pots but the blue enamel is a brighter, better looking blue. I really like the cup. The stainless rim at the top is very functional, stainless is not a very good conductor of heat, so it keeps the temperature of the cup at a comfortable level for sipping. I really like the cup! You could conceivably cook noodles or heat water in this while hiking or camping. It’s right at the edge of being big enough for this. The cup does transfer a lot of heat. It’s definitely not double insulted! I will use it on my Svea 123R for coffee…

I wanted a mug I could use at work, without worrying about breakage (I already broke a lovely one at work after it fell out of my locker). Not a problem with this one, and I even look forward to a few dents and dings to personalize it as the years go by. Sturdily made for everyday use, spartan in appearance, and an excellent price. More of a gunmetal gray than black. There have been some remarks that the metal gets too hot to hold. I don't go camping and so this will never see fire; can't really speak to that. But for ordinary use, yes the sides can get hot. The handle manages to take care of that problem. ;)No complaints here. 5 stars for being exactly what it's advertised to be.

I can see how this mug would be handy for camping and hauling around in a backpack, because it's very lightweight. The walls and handle are extremely thin. When the mug is full of liquid, it feels precarious holding it because the handle is so flimsy. The good thing is, the mug has a flat bottom, so it's not likely to tip over.I bought it for home use because I'm clumsy and wanted an unbreakable mug. But I'm a little disappointed by how thin the walls and handle are. We'll see how long it holds up because there's no doubt that it's eventually going to be dropped on my kitchen floor a few times.
