This headset has been wonderful. The sound quality is amazing. I love the MS Teams integration. I love that it mutes the mic when the boom arm is up and that it has a button to leave the meeting on the headset. I also love that the headset has lights on it to indicate that you are on a call. Now my family knows when I’m busy and I don’t get asked if I’m on a call constantly. Also, the ability to answer a call from the headset works wonderfully too. I’m very happy with this headset and it was worth the money.

I wasn't sure if I was going to keep these initially but found a great deal on them. I can work out of a loud bar without my company even knowing. The sound quality and mic quality are excellent and bonus that you can connect more than one device and activating audio will play the appropriate device. The only drawbacks are that they aren't full over-ear despite being noise canceling and with long periods of wear can be a bit uncomfortable, but that's any headphones. Overall it is a great product and a new travel essential (useful for workouts in a pinch even).

Great range, clarity, and dual-unit connection. But the auto sleep function - which shuts off the unit after a short period of inactivity - is very annoying. It won't consistently wake back up at touch of a button. Only way to fix that is their proprietary software - yet another app to clutter my PC and send info back to the manufacturer. If it wasn't for this flaw, I'd rate it 5 stars..

I have a size 8.5 head and this works for me as the mic drops in front of my mouth.Phone quality is great.I use it on planes to watch videos and the noise suppressing works well.

I have half a dozen headsets for work and talk, including amazing Bose, Apple iPods, and others, but consistently use these for my 8-10 hour a day remote work life, especially for important client facing meetings!It comes down to:- sound is excellent (both what I hear and what they hear)- easy recognition by Bluetooth when they are on and nearby (sometimes you have to toggle)- best thing ever is that you can subtly mute by lifting the mouthpiece up and down - so if you chew gum, tell your kid or dog to quiet, need ti slurp tea, or just listen without that red slash mute, you just knock up the mic!They are so great when my dog ate a set m, and I ordered a second one from Amazon to arrive the next day immediately rather than just use any of my others for work.I also wear these on walk and talks or cooking with an iPhone, and that physical mute function is awesome (with others you have to take your phone out of your pocket and actually click on the screen - what a hassle!).

Hurts my ears and does not cancel background as others boasted it to have. Only positive is that it is wireless offering me free movement. Don’t have other wireless to compare it to but initial reaction is to avoid this purchase if you’re looking for background cancelling headphones.

These headphones were amazing until the lights stopped working on the dongle and the headphones after only 60 days. Also, cannot reset the headphones per the Jabra support instructions. Jabra support is evasive and elusive. All I'd like is a replacement. Looks like $200 down the drain. Scott C.

I have been utilizing these headphones for over three years, several times per day. Sound quality is good, and the boom mic does a pretty good job minimizing other noise. It has been very reliable, still works like new. Definitely recommend.
