I have been standing on my job last 24 yearsFinally feet are gave up, developed planter fasciitis problemI have tried all kinds of arch support insoles, nothing was working until I purchased this brandThere is quarter size nub on the arch part, feels little uncomfortable in the beginning but it takes your arch shape later and always gives you pain reliefThis is my first pair, I have been using for a month feels great. Just received these a couple of days ago. I've been doing basketball drills everyday for my workout for the last 3 years, and it finally caught up to me.I started to develop plantar fasciitis a few months ago. At first it was mild. It would come and go, and wouldn't prevent me from doing my workouts, until recently. In the last 3 weeks, it had gotten really bad, where my heal was in pain all day long and I was limping everywhere. I placed these inserts in my basketball shoes a couple of days ago and I immediately noticed my feet weren't getting fatigued nor hurting anymore during my daily workout.Granted, I have been taking it easier to allow my feet to heal, but I have noticed the difference as the pain is now tolerable and my heal and tendons seem to be healing now.I'll definitely be buying more of these and will make sure to wear them while I"m working out from now on.

Arch area is high, so unless you have high arches, this is uncomfortable. The padding is okay but I couldn't wear this all day because I'm flat footed and it hurt my arches.

The Walkomfy Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief Orthotics - Flat Feet Arch Support Insoles Shoe Inserts HURT so bad. After a recommendation from my doctor to purchase Arch supports (he told me to buy the blue ones that stated Plantar Fasciitis) I purchased these. I followed the directions as stated to cut them down to my shoe size & inserted into my shoes. As soon as I put my shoes on and stood up, I noticed a slight height difference BUT the pain from the "ball" of the insole was unbearable. I thought maybe I just needed to "break them in" for a while. So I tried day after day and after 2 weeks I could not take the pain anymore. It felt like I was walking with a golf ball in my shoe everyday. I ended up just buying a pair of sneakers from a shoe store specifically made for Plantar Fasciitis. And those shoes are wonderful on my feet.I would NOT recommend anyone purchase these.

I got these based off style research I was doing because I needed something better than what I was using for my work boots. I'm standing and walking for 10 hours on average so I needed something better than the original insoles and even the gel replacements I was using.I first tested them on the floor at my house before putting them in the boots to get a feel for them and I immediately felt the inside pushing into my feet which kinda hurt as my they weren't used to it but I knew it was doing it's job.I them put them in and said stood up and oh man I felt it even moreso so I kept them on for 30 minutes or so just to break them in. (I'm glad I did that).Final test: I went to work the same day and when I first started working, there was some discomfort but I knew I was still breaking them in but by the end of the shift they were set.After 20+ hours of using these I can highly recommed these if you have flat feet like me and they will thank you. (I do recommend testing them outside your footwear first to make sure its a good feel)

These things are a life changer. I never realized how shoe support can effect daily mood with just a little more comfort. I have real flat feet as well as bunions. The arch support reduces my “waddle” when I walk and the hump in the middle eases foot pain; sort of feels like it distributes my weight better across the ball of my feet when walking. I need to order more as I transfer these to every pair of shoes I wear! Bought these 5 months ago and still love em’
