This brand holds its sharp edge quite nicely. I really like that it includes a matching sheath for the knife. I used it for cutting Corn off the cob and it does a fantastic job.

Recently, I was at a friend’s house and she had 2 of these knives. I used them in preparing food there and was surprised how sharp and efficient they cut. I ordered 2 for myself and they keep their sharpness and the price was right!

I did not have high expectations for this knife because of the plastic handle. But because it got good reviews on some food sites, I thought i would give it a try for the price. Best pairing knife I’ve ever had. The blade is amazing and I’ve been using it awhile, every day if not more, and it’s still sharp. Excellent.

I've had one of these for years and years and loved it. Easy to sharpen and holds an edge. But it suddenly went missing and this is the replacement for it. Alas, they've changed the blade contour a bit and it deeps more (and unnecessarily so) as it proceeds back towards the handle. I think this makes the knife less elegant and less useful, but others may disagree. Still one of the best deals on the market if you can get past the "cheap plastic handle knife" persona it projects :-). It's tough as nails and cheap as dirt.

Kuhn shouldn't make any other color. This is the sexiest knife ever!! But naming it the unicorn color throws it off. Theres no way I would have known about this if i Amazon didnt have all the color options.
