I originally bought these 2 years ago for postpartum care after I delivered my baby.They are perfect! They stay cool enough long enough to give relief for the pain and not cold for so long to burn your skin.Then, I discovered, they also worked for my hemorrhoids!I am now using them again after my prolapse and perineum surgery.I honestly think these are one of the best things I could have bought for myself!I like how comfortable the packs are and how soft the covers are. They stay in place just on top of my underwear and don't seem to move while I walk around. I wouldn't wear them outside the house.I really like how the covers have a darker side to make staining (if it happens) less noticeable. (And the covers are washable!)10 out of 10. I would buy this again or even gift it to someone who is expecting. It is proving to have many uses!They also seem well made, and haven't had any issues with leakage.

They work great for temporary relief when cold is required. They are cold enough for therapeutic use but, unlike other ice packs, not so cold that you fear frostbite. I reach for these first when needed.

They don't leak and they are soft. I got them for my boyfriend for his aftercare for his vasectomy so he wasn't putting our other ice packs down his pants (I just find it gross) and he has been very grateful for them. They do thaw pretty quick but I got multiple packs and it's what to expect for small ice packs.

I love these, great purchase for sure. I needed them for one reason when purchased, but I’be been using them on the crease of my arm after labs to prevent bruising. They’re flexible and soft, even without the cover. However, they thaw very quickly. Having two helps, to rotate in the freezer.

Great during pregnancy for vulvar varicosities and for postpartum!

The seller is great but the product is a bit lacking.Maybe it is because I am , uhhh a bit overweight,somewhat larger than some people😏🥴

So much better than the instant ice packs, you get 2 so you can swap one out when the other is done. They come with washable covers so your actual pads don’t get messy and they can be used as regular ice packs after postpartum. They are a good size, perfect for that healing area and they hold cold very well (I never used mine for heat). Overall I 100% recommend these for any momma making her postpartum setup, they are great!

The shape makes this extra useful for all parts of the body. It's a bit stiff right out of the freezer, but it's easy to massage the chill pack a bit to make it more flexible.
