The bristles are a little softer and longer than surgical scrub brushes I remember but this works really well and they were reasonably priced. Glad I bought them.

My fingernails tend to get pretty dirty. As long as the dirt isn't grease the fingernail side of the brush works well. It works best if the fingernails are clipped short. These bristles are soft but do the job and haven't gotten hard or crushed. YET... I have been using one of the two bushes sent to me for about 6 weeks, almost every day.

I'm happy with these surgical scrub brushes. The brushes are not to soft, and not to stiff as they are currently shipping. I would like these units better if they had a smaller profile.

Nice brush but very soft. I have an actual "surgical" scrub brush and the bristles are firmer especially on the nail scrub part. So, good but soft.

I work mechanic and it cleans really well

WAY TOO SOFT TO BE EFFECTIVE

Love working on cars ect. Love greasy grimy hands. When the job is done, I want clean hands and nails. Get these brushes .

Endlich nach Jahren wieder eine Handbürste die auch gut unter den Nägel säubert. Schrägborsten ko.men viel besser in jede Ecke unter den Fingernägel. Allerdings sind diese sehr viel weicher und somit bezweifle ich das diese Borsten lange Stand halten.Meine damals hatte ich direkt im Einkauf vom Krankenhaus für mich bestellt denn ich kannte die Qualität.Weich genug aber auch eine gewisse Festigkeit damit die Borsten auch lange durchhalten und jeden Winkel erreichen...da hapert es noch..Besser geht immer ....
