It's chipped on the nose and ear :(
I love this mug.. It's supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend ..Gutted that it's chipped...Looks like it was sent this way?As there's no damage to the box and no chips of glaze in the bubble wrap.It's a long wait also as this comes from Spain.Not microwavable safe..Which is listed as a special feature...* update *Quick to reply..Offered a partial refund at first..I said no..Then advised I could order a new one :/ (not likely)Then told I'd get a full refund...As I asked for it..Due to the mug not being fit for purpose... Or even checked before sending it..Not the best service..I wouldn't recommend..£23.49 in total for a damaged mug :/
