My son had been asking me for a pull-up bar for several months. I bought the Jilo (old name Jio) home gym after much research. I couldn't have been more pleased with the purchase. The seller, who's also the manufacturer, delivered it at home (I'm in Bangalore) and assembled it himself. Very sturdy and stable design. My 2 sons and I use the gym regularly for pull ups (3 variations), parallel dips and legs raise for abs. We don't use the push-up accessory since I prefer to do push ups on the floor and uses the stairs for inclined pull-ups. Only thing is that I would have preferred the grip for dips/leg raise could have been a couple of inches closer, but I don't have very broad shoulders, so it may be right for others.Great value, it can be placed in any room: Comfortably fits in a 3x4 feet space on the ground and 8 feet height. Add some dumb-bells, a bench, some barbells & a yoga mat, and you have a full gym for strength training.Th seller seems to constantly be thinking of improving the design by asking for feedback, so watch out for his new additions.

I am 90kgs, 6ft, this is a little short for me for doing dips, but it's good for pull ups. The quality is great and the seller is very helpful.

It is a useful product for daily workout and warming up activities. Very effective for chinning exercise and abdominal exercise.
