The media could not be loaded. It's very useful and makes the feeding process 10x convenient. The wood might need to be varnished before use. Wet grass or pet urine can dampen and destroy the wood, leading to infestation of mold and other fungi which is bad for your pets.Overall, it's a good product and a thoughtful innovation.

The product is well made and of good finish. But my Guinea pigs climb inside it and poop on the hay and refuse to eat it.I think once they grow up in size, they cant climb in anymore and can eat it peacefully?

Good but little small

The product is okayish. Its a little small for an adult rabbit. But works for me since i keep refilling it twice or thrice a day. Should work just fine for guinea pigs since they're smaller animals.

The media could not be loaded. Genuine wood, i was worried about getting something of cheap quality. But this is just perfect. Now the hay stays fresh for longer and enclosure is much cleaner and easy to manage.

Good product has reduced wastage, my guinea pigs love it
