Excellent product
I used it in my 4 month old baby as she had bad eczema all over her body and face. I had tried oilatum and Mustela but both didn't work. My baby's eczema improved from day 1. Day 3 today. The redness and dry skin have much improved. I won't even have to use steroid anymore. Amazing product!

Good product
Purchased this on the recommendation of a friend who had a mastectomy just over a year ago. After her stitches came out she was told to use a moisturiser on the scar, she used this one. After a few months when she went to see the surgeon he asked her what she had been putting on the scar, she told him. Her scar was healing and fading nicely, in fact he said he was going to recommend it to all his patient's. 18 months on and she says you can hardly see the scar. My husband had a total shoulder replacement 8 weeks ago so when he was told to use a moisturiser on the scar I use this La roche posay lipikar. It is a little greasy but doesn't stain clothes or anything but helps to keep the scar moisterised all day. His scar his healing well and I'm hoping in several months from how his scar will hardly show. I would recommend this product for this use.

Best body cream for my baby
I love that it’s highly moisturising, helped my baby to get rid of all dry baby skin and keeps his skin moisture. I recommend this to all mom’s for their babies.

Works well but it is expensive
Nothing further to add it works as it should but is expensive. I’m sure that there may be a cheaper item . I’m happy with it.

I have tried most of the upmarket moisturising creams like Eucerin, Cetaphil and Aveeno
I have been battling with eczema/dermatitis primarily around my one ankle and it has become quite discoloured because of the repeated scratching. I have tried most of the upmarket moisturising creams like Eucerin, Cetaphil and Aveeno. While they seem to help to a greater or lesser extent, I find Lipikar the best. I find I have to keep using it several times a day when I get a flare up because if my skin dries it tends to split and then could quite easily get infected when I inadvertently scratch. This has happened on a couple of occasions. One learns through trial and error. In a separate container I mix it with a bit of olive oil and coconut oil which I use on my whole body after a shower. The intention is to make it go further and the result is that my skin is wonderfully soft and I feel less inclined to scratch.

Amazing
I purchased this after a recommendation of Sandy on TikTok. She calls herself. The Beauty nerd and has brilliant tips and advice for anybody on a budget. I had purchased the screen fix previously that £60, but I find this product to be equally as good and obviously a lot lot cheaper. I will definitely be re-purchasing this product
