Love this support belt. I have low back pain from an injury and arthritis. Most back support belts don't fit properly because they measure the belly and not the hip area where the LOW back pain originates. Though I am slightly overweight this belt fits perfectly and gives great support to my back. I haven't been out shopping for long periods of time because my back usually starts hurting and I head for home. I think this belt will definitely help me to get out and shop like I used to. Definitely recommend this support belt!

The Sunfatt hip belt gives me significant relief from the aching back I experience when standing and walking. It is very easy to use thanks to the clear video on the website that demonstrates how to use it. The sizing is correct. The website states that the low end of the hip measurements is 43 inches. My hip measures 45 inches. When I have the belt pulled as tight as I want it, there is a tiny bit less than 2 inches of space remining on the belt before I would need the smaller size. I am also impressed with the quality of the belt. The velcro is attached in a way that it would be impossible to pull it off the belt. Also, the velcro holds firmly while still being easy to separate when it is time to take the belt off. The belt does not slide up or down when pulled as tightly as it should be pulled. I did try sitting with the belt on and it did stay in position, but I do not like the pressure on my stomach when sitting. I also find that the belt encourages me to stand up straighter with better posture. I highly recommend this product.

I changed from a sit down job to a never sit down job and this back brace has helped me to keep my job. Lol. It's comfortable and gives a lot of support.Edit: 2 months later and the velcro no longer works. I may add my own velcro to see if I can salvage it. It's still a great back brace.

This is very comfortable and easy to wear. It is light enough to wear under clothes. The sizing is pretty accurate. If you are not sure or are in between sizes by just a little bit, I would go with the smaller size because it does stretch pretty well and the velcro holds it in place. It does occasionally slip a bit so be sure to tighten the outer straps after it is in the exact place you want it. It gave me a lot of support and helped to relieve SI joint pain.

I love this. It has been very helpful with aligning my pelvis. I have an anterior tilt to my pelvis and I want to correct thelis so I can properly gain my core strength. It has helped tremendesire. It helps with low back pain so much as well. With my hip tilt my booty would pooch out and my pelvis tilted forward to my chest puffed out(not on purpose) it led to a very distinguished arch in my low back. If you have low back pain and when you lay on you back and it hurt but when you lift your leg or both leg and bed at the knee flattening your back give you relief then this is definitely what you need in my opinion. It has helped my as well as others I know.I have had others try it out and sent the link to them and they all have lived it as well. Help with the low back pain as well.
