Flash Furniture Glass Coffee Table, 15.5 x 47 x 23.5

This is an absolutely amazing coffee table for the price. I love it because it fits with the modern fixtures in my apartment and it's much sturdier than I expected. Also surprisingly easy to move when it's put together. The assembly is a breeze. You could almost do it in your sleep. I would recommend this coffee table to anyone that wants a modern look and easy instructions.

I purchased a beautiful and detailed antique area rug for the living room and needed a coffee table that wouldn't obscure the focal point of the room. This was a great option since I'd already blown my budget on the rug! The glass top is very thick and heavy. The table has a modern look to it and is simple enough not to compete with other furnishings in the room. I only have a few complaints and they are relatively minor: There are gray plastic pieces that connect the metal legs to the table. Why are they gray? We painted ours black and it's a huge improvement. And as others have noted, the words "TEMPERING GLASS" are etched into one corner of the glass. It's not that noticeable, but still, why? And one more thing that doesn't bother me, but I think other consumers should be aware of: The corners are pretty pointy. Not cut you pointy, but definitely not rounded at all. This would not be a wise choice for households with young children unless you invest in some bumpers. But overall, it was a great value and seems sturdy and has just the look I was going for.

I am not using the whole thing, I really only wanted the tempered glass to put on top of another piece of wood furniture with shelves for basket storage. It's located outside on our covered deck, which I use as an 'outside summer office' so to speak. It is nice and roomy, making my 'desk top' larger than the original shelf, with overhang all around. I put small clear rubber feet on all corners of the wood top under the glass, there is no slippage, and it is against a wall. The table frame that comes with it is plastic, fairly sturdy looking, but not sure how well it would hold up with any heavy weight suddenly on it. The glass does have the small box in the corner with "TEMPERING GLASS", but it's not an issue for me. Buying this table was a lot cheaper by $40 than just buying the tempered glass of similar size. The glass is beautiful, smooth edges & corners, the whole package arrived very quickly with no damage.. I love it..

I was very impressed by this coffee table, I wanted something airy that wouldn't look like a big solid block in my living room, nor cover the area rug it sits over with tinted glass, and it passed both tests with flying colors.Be warned, assembly will require some strength, I lift weights 4 days a week and was surprised at how stiff the legs are to put together. The key is to get an edge in and rock the pieces back and forth to get the plastic pieces to join.The glass top itself is large, thick, and seems very sturdy. Great product!

The table looks find enough; and it seems pretty easy to assemble. That is, until you actual begin assembling it and find that the pieces do not fit together at all. The grey, plastic pegs do not fit into the black metal bars at all.If you try to hammer them in, the plastic begins to chip off. Further more, it becomes so excruciatingly difficult to fit the legs into each other more than about half way.The result: an ugly mess of chipped plastic pieces and a rattled frame. I guess that low price is due to the horrible job they do in manufacturing these things. Do NOT buy this table.

the table arrived with glass chipped off the edges, speaking to the poor packaging job done by the company (I've had other glass tables shipped to me in immaculate condition so was surprised when i opened the box to crumbling glass shards). The table is super easy to assemble, because the glass connects to the frame via suction cups, but that also makes it unstrudy.

Great table for the price. Glass is very thick and the table has a quality look and feel all around.The tempered glass etching that other complain about is not noticeable once you get the table assembled and in place.The metal frame does require a rubber mallet for assembly.The grey plastic connecters on the frame do detract a little from the look of the table. However, a black sharpie can solve that issue in a few minutes.

I wanted a glass coffee table for our narrow space. We are on a very tight budget for decorating. I saw great potential in this piece. It arrived looking exactly as expected. (There was one small ding in the metal base or I might have given 5 stars). I was initially concerned about the green tint of the glass edge but I don't even notice it anymore and I have seen much more expensive tables have that too. But what I did to upgrade it to a high-end designer look was to gold leaf the base. It looks amazing! For this quality and price, I didn't mind putting a little effort into it to get exactly what I wanted. If you are inclined to do so, this piece is the perfect starting point for your own customization. One thing that definitely cheapens the look of the base is the grey plastic joints. Easy fix, probably a Sharpie would do it! Regardless, it is a great buy.
